    It is the worst place to go to for insurance, if you can find another place to go I would suggest you do that. If I could give this place a minus I would. There was a death in the family so we asked for the insurance to be cancelled. We gave the death certificate and apparently that is not enough for them. To the point they're awful they gave us the run around asking for papers they didn't need wouldn't cancel it until the "proper documentation" came in and the funeral director didn't know what they were talking about and the next month they charged double the amount and said weren't going to give it back. They made it difficult as we were mourning. -5 stars
